The Burger Project



Wala akong idea dito sa store na 'to dati, then niyaya ako ng pinsan ko na sumama sa kanila. Ang akala ko, para lang siyang Burger King, o kaya Johnny Rockets na may set na menu na. Well meron naman, but this burger joint is creative and interesting because you could customize your burger based on your preference

Build your own burger by choosing from this checklist (malamang lalagyan mo ng check yung gusto mong laman ng burger, diba??) ! And another exciting part is you could name your own burger. Tapos yung crew kapag i-seserve na, ipagsisigawan talaga nya yung pangalan ng burger na ginawa mo. So ito yung sa akin:

They also serve appetizers, such as buffalo wings, mozzarella sticks,fries,onion rings. Milkshakes are also available for Php145 each.


Though there are limited ingredients to choose from, I know they are all mouth watering!! Ikaw na bahala mag imbento ng combination kung pano mo papasarapin.

Step 1 : Choose Your Burger

(pwede kahit ilang patty?! not sure pero baka masuka ka naman kung apat na. Max sa checklist is up to 3 patties)

-100% Angus Beef (Php125)

Step 2 : Choose A Bun

-Sesame Seed (free)
-Potato (Php15)
-Oatmeal (Php15)

Step 3 : Choose A Cheese (Php35 each. Pwedeng lahat!)

-Bleu

-Cheddar

Step 4 : Choose Your Premium Toppings (Php25 each)

-Bacon
-Chili con Carne
-Caramelized Onions
-Canadian Bacon
-Pepperoni
-Onion Rings
-Guacamole (seasonal)

Step 5 : Choose Your Basic Toppings (Php20 each)

-Mango Salsa                                          FREE

Step 6 : Choose A Sauce (Php15 each)

-Buffalo Wings Sauce
-Special BRGR Sauce
-Garlic Sauce

Fair naman yung prices, compare mo sa ibang burger joints or sa mga restaurants na nag-ooffer ng burger, limited lang yung laman, aabot ng Php250-300 pero ito, mga Php165 lang solb na! Sulit talaga. Eto yung pinili ko!! :))

Gusto ko bumalik para makapag try pa ng ibang combination. :) Ang dami ko kasi gusto ilagay e!! Parang lahat na?!

One more thing that I loved in this burger joint is the ambience. :) Mahilig kasi ako sa artsy fartsy (di ko madescribe!) na ambience, yung may mga scribbles, drawings, colorful stuff. Good example tong Burger Project. Kung magkakaroon ako or magtatayo ng store, gusto ko yung ganito. :)

HEAT


HEAT offers an international buffet served throughout the day. A constant variety and the ever-changing choices in the breakfast, lunch and dinner menu bring guests an excellent sampling of Asian and Continental dishes and desserts.

So yun nga,yes,buffet!! Kumain ako dito dinner time,mejo wrong timing kasi masama ang chan ko! Di ko maappreciate at di ako yung parang nag-ccrave ng sobra sobra. Sari-sari ang choices,so ganito ang technique ko, sinuyod ko ang bawat sulok,may route kumbaga,section per section.


Seafoods (shrimp,oyster,lobster,clams,crabs) 


Salad table. Nako ewan ko ba kung bakit hindi ako bumalik dito. Sari saring dahon at dressing,at kung ano ano pang pwedeng ihalo.

Litsunan section,pasensya na sa quality kung di masyado makita,ayan oh nakasabit yung baboy. May liempo din dyan.





Noodle table. Customize your own pancit kumbaga,may lomi,bihon,canton,sotanghon etc. Parang Hong Kong style fried noodle cart na customize your own sauce pero eto pati noodles at sahog ikaw ang mamimili.

Sushi and Sashimi




Eto yung una kong binanatan. Salad. Lettuce malamang,tomatoes, Caesar dressing ang pinili ko sa lahat ng dressing, bacon bits,at may naligaw na mushrooms at ham. Labo.


Seafood Chowder



Eto ang style, unti unti, para bang nag e-evaluate. Patikim tikim lang tapos babalikan yung pinaka masarap.
Sa pagkakatanda ko,isda to. Butter something.




Lamb chops!!! The best! Yogurt sauce + mint jelly. Haha mejo parang toothpaste ang lasa pero bagay!!




Hakaw. Parang siomai pero purong hipon lang ang laman. Di ko masyado nagustuhan ang lasa compared sa ibang chinese restaurant na kinainan ko. Mejo yung wrapper parang di pa luto, ma-ari-arina pa.

Di ko na nakuhaan yung ibang kong kinaen. Na-enjoy ko masyado. Eto na ang pinakapaborito ko sa lahat. Kung di ako masyado nakakain sa mga main dishes, dito ako babawi. PARATI. Kahit saan,mapa resturant pa o house party. Patay ang desserts sakin.




Heto na!!! Ang dessert table. Ang bilis naman???





May fresh fruits din pala sila. Pero di ako kumuha kahit isa!! Eto na ang mga nakakatakam na cakes,truffles,brownies,pies and meringues.



Display lang to ah. Pero pagkain pa din. Meringue.
 


Citrus Meringue Tree. Ang hilig nila sa meringue! Di ko to tinikman. Naaliw lang ako. May pingas pingas na. Parang kisses :D


Black forest cake



Strawberry cheesecake.




Panacotta. :)) It is an Italian dessert made by simmering together cream, milk and sugar, mixing this with gelatin, and letting it cool until set. After years this treat evolved into what is now a gelatin dessert, flavored with vanilla and topped with fruit or spices, and served chilled.






Crema de fruta.
Jello sa top tapos yung ilalim nya, sponge cake with custard and fruits. :)


Chocolate fondue.Too bad nakalimutan ko tikman. :(
 

White chocolate fondue. 










Wala akong masabi sa mga desserts nila. Halos lahat tinikman ko, di ako tatanggi sa kahit ano. Pinaka favorite ko yung dark chocolate truffles, too bad yung nakuha ko last piece na, di ko na din napicturan. Nagrequest ako at eto ang binigay sakin...


Ang colorful. Parang pang Easter. Actually parang Easter eggs na dinosaur eggs. I hate white chocolate, sorry. Di ko kinaen. Mejo lasang fake... Soo ayun.
